Merry Xmas From The Jones Family!
Two of my favourite French words that I’ve learned in my time here are Reposer and Réfléchir.
I’ll translate them further down this post and explain why they are important to remember this festive season….

As you can see it’s a bit chilly here right now – so I’m hoping you’re enjoying some Aussie sunshine as we rug up by the fire and wait for Santa to rock up!
Something To Think About
Before you go full steam ahead into the festive season, plant a few seeds in your mind about what you would like to achieve next year or at least what you would like to do differently.
Nothing too heavy here… I’m not talking about setting a 5 year plan, just asking yourself a couple of directed questions so you have time for the answers to manifest while you celebrate.
Once the festive fun winds down, bring to mind (or at least their translation) the words, Reposer (to rest) and Réfléchir (to think about)
Put Your Subconscious Mind To Work
I like to take at least a few days to do both of these things (rest, and ponder) early in the new year. If like me, you plant some questions in mind before Christmas, you can expect some ideas and solutions to start flowing as the new year starts.
This is the magic of your subconscious mind… always at work looking to find you some answers.
