Desperate Times Call For… Desperate Measures?
Bonjour Everyone, We’ve Arrived Safely In France!
I hope you all had an awesome Easter and a great four-day break. We’re now settling into our lovely little French town, getting into the logistics of things. Kids will go to school real soon, which will be great.
One thing I’ve noticed since being back is just the slow pace that’s happening here. It’s quite special. People tend to relax a little bit more and spend time with each other rather than just their phones.
Anyway, the real reason for this blog post is…
I had some time to think about things
I realised that all of us back home have fallen into the trap of… desperation!
We’ve gotten ourselves all caught up the discussions around the looming changes… what’s the “best way to get financing”… and frantically reaching for the “latest strategy”.
I think it’s essential that we all just come back to basics. I think that maybe we’ve been overcomplicating things.
I think there’s a better way to do property – AND make more money
And tomorrow I’ll send you a report about this, which I want you to read the minute you get it. It’s critical that you read it. No matter what your current level of experience is, it will help you get to the next level in your property investing

Beautiful Matt, well said! I totally agreee, there is a need in all aspects of life to just return to the basics. I was reminded of this when on Heron Island, watching nature in all its glory really simplifies things. The latest fad usually doesn’t have enough weight behind it to be a proven strategy, stick with what works and lay the foundations!

Thanks Loretta and you are spot on. Living in France gives us the same feeling that you had on Heron… stay in tune with the seasons and what’s important in life. We have all we need at our fingertips to be immensely happy
