 What’s the Process & Cost?

First and foremost, acceptance to this Private Community is by application ONLY.

Fill out the form below, and hit ‘Submit’ asap… I will personally look through every application, and then organise a short list of people who my staff or I will call individually.

If you make it through the application process and are accepted, you will be sent a link to a formal agreement online to sign.

This must be done within 24 hrs otherwise your spot will be offered to the next applicant.

Once we have reviewed all documents and if you’re accepted, we will call you to organise payment and to make sure all paperwork is signed, you will immediately be given access to Property Investing Partners Academy at this point.

The total cost of this 12-month intensive program is $10,000 (including GST). There is a 30 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee, after which the program is non-refundable.

There are two payment options.

Full payment upfront; or
An initial payment of $5000 + two equal monthly payments of $3500 each (total $12,000).

So that I can be focused completely on your results, I am only taking a small number of people.

That number is 32, and will depend on the calibre of applicants.

We are looking for people to cover all 4 components of the ACSS Formula and having equal numbers of each will allow maximum deals to be done throughout the 12 month term.

Note: This group will be managed with the intent of everyone working together to create multiple deals throughout the year.

 

What does the program involve?

I’m all about finding out what you think you need and want, and delivering that to you within my knowledge and experience, along with what I know you need.

There will be a 3 day event being held on 21st, 22nd and 23rd July at Oaks Oasis Resort in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast which is compulsory for you to attend.

There will also be two additional 1 day events held in the middle and end of the 12 month program with dates and location to be advised. You will receive full details upon acceptance of your application

There will also be fortnightly Investor Calls hosted by Matt Jones and a private forum created for all communications.

This 12 month intensive program will be intentionally focused on creating multiple deals for all involved.

Who does the work?

It’s your life, and your money, so you are responsible for any actions that are required and any decisions you make. You are also responsible for inactivity, non-participation and wasting opportunities. I can guide by mentoring you, however, you have to take action.

Note: I am totally committed to assisting you to get to where you want to go. Therefore, I want to work with someone who is committed, who does the work, and who achieves results and tackles this with the same level of commitment I have.

How will this be delivered?

There will be a number of components.

You will be given exclusive access to an online community forum where you will receive assignments, information, and the ability to ask questions and interact with the exclusive community.

There will also be the opportunity to attend three live events and also fortnightly group teleconferences. The first live event is critical for you to attend as this is where we will all meet and greet, an important piece of this program.

Live events will be held on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland and travel and accommodation to those events will be at your own expense, however corporate discounts for accomodation will be provided. Morning and afternoon tea and lunch will be provided at all live events and dinner is provided on the first night of the 3 day event.

What about my partner?

As long as it’s your spouse or live in partner, then you can share access to any online or written content relating to the program. What happens with you is confidential, and in return, I ask that you do not share any information or passwords with anyone without my express permission.

Should your partner wish to attend the live events, the cost for them is an additional $500 to attend the 3 day event and $200 for each of the 1 day events

Final Note For Clarity

When you apply below and hit submit, I will assess your application personally. If you are accepted, one of my staff will call you and have you sign an agreement outlining everything and also organise your payment.

From there you will have access to Property Investing Partners Academy (PIPA) for a period of 12 months and be expected to attend the first live ‘meet n greet’ event on 21st, 22nd and 23rd July in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast.

The cost is $10,000 for the 12 months or $12,000 if paying over multiple payments.
