Michael Hill, affectionately known as “Groovy” runs his own business called Northside Building.

He has been a chippy for 10 years and has worked on a a vast array of projects including large and small scale renovations, project homes, townhouse developments and a myriad of simple carpentry maintenance jobs.

Michael has an excellent understanding of renovating for profit and what it means to project manage a site efficiently. He has had experience managing teams on constructions sites and understands the intrinsic value of  working to a schedule and budget.
