7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may disclose your information to third parties who provide services to us, including organisations, contractors, and referrers that work with us or assist us with the purposes for which we use your information.
We use a number of third-party platforms to deliver our Services. These platforms may store or process your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies, and you are encouraged to review those policies. These platforms currently include:
- Keap (also known as Infusionsoft) — customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing;
- Stripe — payment processing;
- PayPal — payment processing;

We may also disclose your information in the following circumstances:

- As required or authorised by applicable law.
Please note that we are only responsible for the way in which we deal with your personal information and not for the way in which any other person or party deals with your information once it has been disclosed to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third parties with whom you interact through our Services.
Some of our third-party service providers may store or process personal information in jurisdictions outside Australia. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to such overseas disclosure where applicable. Where personal information is disclosed to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure that those recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. DIGITAL ADVERTISING, MARKETING, AND RESEARCH
Our commitment to maintaining your privacy extends to how we manage advertising, marketing, and research/analytics activity in different digital environments you may see or use on computers, mobiles, and tablets (referred to below as “sites”).
We are involved in advertising on our Websites and on third-party websites. We participate as a marketer — for example, we place our own advertisements on third-party sites — and as a publisher where we generate revenue by displaying other parties’ advertising on our sites or by introducing you to third parties in other ways.
Please note that we are only responsible for the way in which we deal with your personal information and not for the way in which any other person or party deals with your information.
9. INTEREST-BASED PROFILING AND COOKIES
When you browse our Websites and those of our partners or affiliates, we may collect data about your activity on these sites, such as the amount of time you spent on each site, the pages you viewed, and the advertisements you viewed. If you show interest in a particular topic across multiple sites, we may tailor advertising or content to you based on an assumed interest in that topic.
This is usually enabled by the use of website pixels, cookies, or publicly available advertising identifiers provided by operating systems such as iOS and Android (you can opt in or out of sharing these in the settings of your device or browser). During this process, we do not collect or use any information that could identify you as an individual — just a basic history of sites visited. This information is used not only to support digital advertising, but to improve your browsing experience.
Cookies are small, encrypted, text files that sites may place on your device, usually within your browser. Sites may use cookies to improve browsing experiences, including by remembering login details, what content the user is interested in, and other preferences. While you browse those sites, we can use cookies to gather information about your site use, such as the amount of time you spent on each site and your content preferences. This information is then sent back to the originating site and other authorised services each time you revisit those sites.
If you are concerned about the use of cookies, there are several ways to delete and/or block cookies. You can choose to delete (or clear) all cookies currently stored by your browser via your browser tools. You can also use your browser tools to block and permanently disable cookies. This will prevent you from using all services that rely on cookies until you allow your browser to start accepting cookies again, and will also prevent some types of digital advertising from occurring. Alternatively, you can download tools that will increase your awareness of which cookies are being placed on your device and allow you to decide which cookies to permit and which to block.
10. DATA SECURITY
We take all reasonable steps necessary to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, interference, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes maintaining appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards in relation to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information.
Where we engage third-party service providers and platforms to store or process your information, we take reasonable steps to ensure that those providers maintain appropriate security measures. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot warrant the absolute security of your information.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE OR OTHER INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO SUBMIT IN FORUMS SUCH AS A BULLETIN BOARD, CHAT ROOM, OR ANY OTHER PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE AREA OF THE SITES OR OUR WEBSITES.
11. ACCESS, CORRECTION, AND PRIVACY COMPLAINTS
If you wish to access any of your personal information that we hold, or would like to correct any errors in that information, please contact us using the contact details set out in Section 13 of this Policy so that we can consider and respond to your request.
You may also use those contact details to notify us of any privacy complaint you have against us, including if you think that we have failed to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) or any binding APP code registered under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We are committed to acknowledging your complaint in a prompt manner and will give you an estimated timeframe within which we will respond.
While we hope to resolve any complaints without needing to involve third parties, you may also be able to lodge a complaint with a relevant regulator, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we do so, we will post the updated version on our website at https://www.propertyresourceshop.com/privacy-policy/ and it will apply to all of your information held by us at that time. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of how we handle your personal information. Continued use of our Services following any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
