• When does it start?

  Inner Circle Mentoring Program kicks off on 1st October. Our first live monthly Zoom session is on Tues 14th October followed by the second monthly Zoom session on Tues 21st October. Each month will have a Zoom session on the second and third Tuesday of that month (except January which is replaced with your Orientation pack)

• What if I miss a session?

  All calls are recorded and uploaded to the ICM Vault inside Ultimate Property Hub within 48 hours.

• Whats the time commitment each month?

  The Inner Circle Mentoring Program is designed for flexibility. You need only show up at the 2 live Zoom sessions each month and if you miss them, you can access the recording and associate resources for that month inside the Inner Circle portal.

• Do I need a deal on my desk to join?

  No. Some members arrive mid-deal; others start with clarity and a weekly search cadence. And around 30% are funders who join to find partners and understand how deals are structured.

• How do pods work?

  In the first week of October you’ll complete a quick intake survey. We’ll place you in a pod of 3-4 with a simple Sunday check-in template: wins, goals, challenges. Fast and effective.

• Why no live calls in January?
