  The Inner Circle Mentoring program officially starts on 1st October 2025 and runs until September 30th 2026 with 2 monthly Zoom sessions happening on the second and third Tuesday of each month (except January)

• What if I miss a session?

  All calls are recorded and uploaded to the ICM Vault inside Ultimate Property Hub within 48 hours.

• Do I need a deal on my desk to join?

  No. Some members arrive mid-deal; others start with clarity and a weekly search cadence. And around 30% are funders who join to find partners and understand how deals are structured.

• How do the accountability pods work?
